On the second floor a master double bedroom with exposed beams and wooden floors. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Second bathroom, on second floor, with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: on the first floor, open-plan with TV/DVD, comfortable seating and dining area. Kitchen: fully-fitted area with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Utility room: with washer/dryer. Outside: a glazed door from the living area leads out onto a south-facing balcony with patio furniture, ideal for alfresco dining or an evening drink. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Regret no cot available at the property, guests are welcome to bring a travel cot with them. Location: beaches and National Trust coast/footpath 2 miles, village shop a 10 minute walk down a farm lane.
